The CNES Inc was established in 2006 for the specific purpose of promoting healthy nutrition and obesity prevention through community based collaborative research, service, training and mentoring of the general public, health care professionals, and students.

The founder and CEO is Mable Everette. Dr Everette has a vast array of experience in the field of nutrition. Experiences range from college teaching to consulting projects for various nutrition programs targeting senior citizens; adults; pregnant women; school-aged children; and preschoolers and their families.

Degrees: Bachelor of Science in Food Service Administration; Master of Public Health in Nutrition ; Doctor of Public Health focused on Community Health Sciences.

Credentials: Registered Dietitian (#359864); Fellow of the American Dietetic Association

Certification: Training in Adult Weight Management; Training in Child and Adolescent Weight Management

Vice-President Elsa Ramirez Brisson, MPH, RD has been a community health professional and registered dietitian specializing in food services administration, education, health promotion and disease prevention in both public and private agencies since 1980.

Secretary Miriam Kahan, PhD, MPH has been principal investigator and writer of over $3,000,000 in grant monies in education and training.

Advisors include lay persons and a broad range of professionals including registered dietitians, social workers and an epidemiologist.
